LAMC 2023 will be a fully-presential event. These are the registration fees according to the type of membership and participant.

The registration fee includes proceedings, welcome kit, two coffee breaks, on Dec. 6-8, lunch on Dec 6-8, welcome reception on Dec. 6, gala dinner and cultural event on Dec. 7, reduced accommodation fee with breakfast at the venue hotel, and access to all talks and the industrial exhibition.
Please notice that a maximum of two papers are allowed per registration (extra papers require an additional conference registration). Works presented by students are considered regular papers for registration purposes.
Student registration fees do not include the gala dinner and the cultural event. Tickets might be bought separately for this registration category.
Guest badges can be purchased for people accompanying a conference participant, and they include the coffee breaks, lunch, and Gala dinner/cultural event.
Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by October 15, 2016. Refund requests after this date and on-site refunds will be generated only if the event is canceled by the conference organizational committee. This policy applies to the registration for the conference sessions and the additional fees (guest badge, additional lunch, additional welcome reception, and gala dinner). There will be an administrative fee of 15% deducted from each refund. Please submit all cancellation/refund requests to: rrimolo@tec.ac.cr
